If Google Analytics is configured, it runs only after you accept analytics cookies. If it is not configured, no analytics code or analytics cookies are used.

When enabled, Zoho SalesIQ loads after your first interaction or four seconds after the page loads. Zoho documents possible cookies including zld<lsid>state and zld<lsid>dragpos (five minutes, widget state and position), <screenname>-_zldt (one day, visit), <screenname>-_zldp (two years, visitor), <screenname>-_siqid and <screenname>-_uuid (two years, visitor identity), and gdpr_<screenname>__donottrack and gdpr_<screenname>_trackingconfig (one month, tracking preferences). It may also use JSESSIONID and LS_CSRF_TOKEN (session management and request security), a session checksum for load balancing, and uesign (one month, application security). _ga and _ga_<container-id> help distinguish website visits. They last up to two years and are set only after you accept analytics cookies.

## Your consent choice

The first-party jv_analytics_consent cookie records whether you accepted or rejected analytics. It lasts six months; you can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

## Essential security

The contact form may load Cloudflare Turnstile when configured to help protect the service. It is not used for analytics.
